Installed a new CP 41.02.54.22 into a BCM 400. This is probably a cingular issue but I was wondering if anyone had this issue before. When you try to check messages externally anyone with a Cingular cell phone that calls their extension and press ** when the greeting begins gets "exiting the system" and then disconnected. It works for everyone else in the free world. Has anyone seen this before or know of the option that the Cingular users need to tweak?

Cell phones in general have been a problem with Vmail, I have never found a way other then changing Cell Phone Vendors to get it to work all the time.
