I have 2 BCM 400's with version 4.0 and all recent patches installed. I have VOIP trunk between the 2. 1 Site has all IP phones the other has a mix of IP and digital. When i call across the trunks, and a user answers a digital set it works fine. If a user answers with the IP phone there is no speech path. The phone rings fine but it is just dead air when you answer. Outside calls work fine on these IP phones. There is no firewall between these sites.

I had this same issue earlier with 2 BCM 50's. I incorrectly set the IP address for the default gateway.

Make sure DHCP is set to hand the correct gateway address to the IP sets and if the IP sets are configured static addresses that the gateway address is that of the router with the same subnet as the IP sets.
