Customer does not use Outlook, Lotus etc and only wants to use their current email client.

Set up any IMAP client to poll the CallPilot unified messaging mailboxes and forward them on to the customers email address.

I use this as a basic fax server. Voicemail requires loading CallPilot player on the users computer.

What would help is getting callpilot to send out all voicemail in a .wav file so the native player on the users machine could play it. I have made this happen using the CallPilot player conversion but it is a pain. Does anyonee know of a way do do it easier?
Does this make any sense?

CallPilot will do an automatic WAV conversion if the recipient is external.
There is a checkbox for this feature.
Check the online help in the callpilot player.
I have seen this option in CallPilot 2.0

From what I can see:
If I am using the modified Outlook or Lotus POP3 client (and do the convert for external addresss) and I send a .vbk file to another non-CallPilot address it does convert to a .wav file. The conversion takes place within the Outlook or Lotus client. "CallPilot Message Store"
I can not find anywhere where I can use an IMAP (internet mail) client to do the same thing.
I have moved a IMAP account .vbk message into the Outlook INBOX and forwarded it to a email account, it does not convert to.wav. I have tried to move a message into the CallPilot Message Store Inbox but it will not go.
I am trying to use all 16 unified messaging licences to send .wav files to different email addresses without having to touch their computers to download the CalPilot player.
Is there somewhere else I call tell CallPilot to only give out .wav files?
It is an interesting problem.
