I have noticed that we are not able to always connect to some sites with the web access. We have a customer who uses a VPN to connect to thier site, we access the Unified Manager screen but when we try to access the Configuration it will not go to the applications. We can access the Call Pilot and do the changes there but not the Configuration. It there a setting that is needed or is there a block on the router? Any assistance will be appreciated. Also some customers who use DSL will not allow full access through the web.
