I have a BCM 3.6 connected to a M1 61C via a PRI. The 61C has an ITG Trunk card. When I dial a 5-digit extension on the BCM the 61C D-Channel messaging show only the first 4 digits. In the example, I dialed 32525 and it dropped off the last digit. It looks like something in the BCM is causing this problem, but I can't find it. By the way, this is a new install.

is your bcm doing inbound did?..if so it may be set up for 4 digits.. you can do a ld 96 enl msgo x with x=to your dch and see what your putting on the pipe.. that may help isolate the problem.

Is the Rls of software above 25.40 on the option 61c if not then it will not work

I finally figured out what is happening. On the BCM, the received digits being were set to 4. Even though we only want to "receive" 4 digits, it was only allowing us to dial 4 digits outbound. Therefore, it was dropping the 5th digit. BCM 3.6 allows you to have a separate received digit field for Public and Private.
