BCM to CS1000 call not establised

I am facing problem when trying to call from bcm 400 to CS1000E.previously it was ok .No change in any setting.
After resetting BCM,
a , i can call from CS1000E to BCM but only once.
b , no call establishes from BCM to CS1000E even once.

what could be the reasons.
I also tried to download PEP for BCM but got message as BCM PEP not available.

Any one experienced such type of issue , pl share .

no change? enl msgi/msgo on the d.. that should point to a problem..

has the cs booted recently? that can write an old change to the msdl.. i've chased one of those
