BCM Time Problem 2

Hi everyone , how i can fix the losing time problem on bcm50 ?

Iam losing around 15 min each day.

Current release 1.00.2.04.j

I know a patch exist to fix that.

I know, the problem is my vendor closed his business.

and no company wants to help me in my region ,,,,, very bad service.

Do you know if i need to pay for the patch ??

Can you send us your BCM 50 site ID please?. I think you have an old Release 1.0. Your patches should be something like this below.

If the BCM is connected to your LAN login with Element Manager and set the time & date to synch with a NTP server, usually time.nist.gov

Wow , the software update is empty... this is my problem .

Yep.

You can hire a vendor from outside your region if you allow remote access (VPN) to the BCM.
I do a lot of remote calls this way.
