I need to send my bcm 3.7 system logs to nortel. How do I get the logs from the bcm

The system logs of the bcm because I have some problems upgrading to 4.0

on the unified
manager-->maintanence-->Report a Problem wizard
Step1: press Next and Step2: Select all logs and press Finish. You will
able to generate the logs and save it to your PC and then upload them on to
the ftp link with the folder name as the case #.
This is what I have to do but it says that there is not enough space.
How to create more space for logs?
