I have been asked to find a better way to access our customers BCMs. They range from BCM50 R1.0 to 3.0 and BCM 200/400/1000 R3.5 to 4.0. We currently access them through dial up. It is just taking too long to get anything done. Not all sites have the availabilty to do port forwarding on the router. Also, some sites we have maintenance contracts through our vendors so we are not supplying the equipment bur we still need access to the switch. Just wondering how most of our experts around here are doing it? All ideas are welcome and the cheaper the better ![[thumbsup2] [thumbsup2] [thumbsup2]](/data/assets/smilies/thumbsup2.gif)
