Hi,
I have a bcm 400, installed in 2008 not patched since then, 4.0.2.03. the business partner that installed it is out of business.
I've set up vpn connections to two remote sites, using 1140e VoIP handsets. Things are going fine with one exception; I've had four occurances of three handsets (one handset had two occurances) all of a sudden experiencing one-way voice. If I deregister the handset and the user keys in the DN and presses the Ok softkey it works again. I've tried to reproduce the problem, restarted the VPN, disconnected and left off for a period of time, left a handset off hook overnite, looked for alarms on the bcm...can't reproduce or find any errors.
I've found a couple of postings on this forum with the same problem but no solutions.
I'm guessing I need a patch on the BCM, but have not been able to figure out how to get the latest patches...
