BCM rcc reports- system activity code

What are the parameters being tagged on NON AGENT activity code?
The manual discuss only NO PEG and HELD CALL ABND.

The NON AGENT has code id 9999999999999997. Please give advise.

Sorry for that..

When running the Activity code by skillset report, it will display all the activity codes you set plus the system activity code which is built in to the system, just like No peg and Held call abnd which has code id of 9999999999999999 and 9999999999999998.

I am getting 'Non agent' on the list of activity codes with code id 9999999999999997. I don't know how it was being tagged because the peg count it gets was quite big. That 'Non Agent' activity code was not set to the list of activity code so i assume that it was system generated just like the no peg and held call abnd.

How is the peg count for this 'Non agent' activity code happens?
