bcm programming issues 1

i have a bcm 400 with 3.7. When i program a function it works properly then a while later the programming changes you made disappear or looks like a change has not even happened. We test after every change and we have it working properly then awhile later it does not work.

we will make call pilot changes and target line changes and fwd changes and they work when tested then later disappear.

Make sure to install the latest patches even if these are old stuff now.

are you doing it through the phone or unified manager / computer?

How long has it been since that thing was rebooted? Your software is the old NT based stuff and they really needed a reboot every now and then, especially when they started acting strangely like this one is.

Do a complete backup beforehand though. I wouldn't trust that old software as far as I could throw it!
