BCM PRI - we moved... HELP!!!!!! 2

HELP!!!

we moved from one location to another yesterday and brought along our BCM. The BCM has 2.something software and a T1 module.

We have a new PRI at the new location and the main number for the PRI has naturally changed. SBC swears that the d channel is up and i have 3 green lights and the two i think inbound lights are yellow.

when someone dials the main number the caller gets a ring no answer.

also, if i go to check the trunk status it says "not in serivce"

one last thing, the PRI at the old location we oneway - inbound. The new one is two-way.

I would gladly pay for someone to help me with this over the phone...

quick open phone book and call your original vendor

Not something that normally gets done over the phone. I concur with Ski, call a qualified vendor..
 
by the way what made you think you could unplug the bcm and it would actually just work at a new location...you people kill me

THANKS GUYS!!! for all your great help and support. I don't know what i would have done without you guys!

all i had to do was change the inbound ani then and restart the pri.

just like that back in business.
