I Have a BCM50. Im making call from Pool A. And we want to make equal call from 1,2,3 lines. Is that possible?

Now it works like,
Line 1 = 2 call
Line 2 = 7 call
Line 3 = 137 call
But we want nearly same count.

Sorry for my Eng.

Thanks.

You have to assign lines 1,2,3 in Pool A to use them for outdialing.

No. When lines are in a pool system will always grab the last line first if it's free. If it isn't it'll grab line 2 then 1.

Swap it with line 2 on the punch block, then you will be grabing old line 2 instead of old line 3 when dialing out. this would be the easiest way and rename the lines in programing.

How can you pay too much for just one line? whta is the differnce between the lines?

Is it just for long distance or local or both? more details the better because then routing may come in handy instead.
i.e dial 1 and any number is forced to grap one pool where local can grab another etc.

Pool's work descending as it will always use the last line in sequence to avoid collision versus the incoming calls.
There's no way to achieve what you're looking for other then assigning all 3 lines to all sets and train the users properly.(they will manually take the lines...)
