My BCM uses PRI from Earthlink and recently Earthlink must have changed their PRI. I had to revise the OLI sent by outbound callers in order for calls to complete. One new problem is that callers can no longer forward their phones to an external cell phone number. The call simply drops each time a forward is attempted. Any suggestions on a fix for this forwarding problem? Thanks guys

If it's not restricted on your end the call your PRI provider.

You can use the BCM Monitor to investigate the call setup messages going over the PRI to help with your troubleshooting.
Go to the UIP tab. Pick the Bus your PRI is installed on and click the PRI radio box to start monitoring the PRI channel for messages.

In my case the PRI is installed in media bay 4 and it's a port 0 so I monitor bus 40.
If it's an older BCM 400 running version 4.0 then I think you just monitor bus 4.

You get something like this:

Thanks for the update. I was working with EARTHLINK and steered them toward a mishandling of caller ID by their equipment. They saw that they were blocking all caller ID except for numbers of record via their service. EARTHLINK made changes in their softswitch to ignore caller id from the BCM. The BCM users can now forward their internal DID numbers to external cell phone numbers. rpvp, Nortel since 1978
