BCM Music Manager-Can't Upload

I've looked through threads. Have looked in help under BCM Music Manager. Know there is a 5 Meg cap for each song. Am trying to upload 4.3 meg MP3. Thought maybe naming convention. Getting following error.
"Unable to locate the file type from either the MIME-TYPE of extension." Any help would be appreciated.

What type of file is this? It must be a wav file. If you have less than 1 Gig of free disk space is available on the BCM, BcmAmp Administration application no longer lets you upload audio files. You need to record the audio files as a single channel (mono) using 8 bit samples at a rate of 8 kHz.
