I have a BCM 400 and am wondering if there are any utils or apps that can me with the following situation
I am in the process of adding our small call centre onto the office BCM system and would like to monitor line usage/access and call stats both before and after to ensure no degredation.
Also, is there a way to monitor the lines to ensure that their not all being eaten up as we only have a small number available.
