Since installing the Call Center Pro keys on 3 BCMs, BCM monitor will no longer connect. We get a username/password error. Other BCMs we have all connect just fine. These are BCM400's on 3.6. Anyone else experience such a problem?
My theory is that Call Center reporting data stream is using that connection and not allowing additonal connections. I tried making a new "monitor" account and that also fails with a username/password error.
