Since installing the Call Center Pro keys on 3 BCMs, BCM monitor will no longer connect. We get a username/password error. Other BCMs we have all connect just fine. These are BCM400's on 3.6. Anyone else experience such a problem?

My theory is that Call Center reporting data stream is using that connection and not allowing additonal connections. I tried making a new "monitor" account and that also fails with a username/password error.

Shouldn't be an issue. I've used BCM monitor on several systems with pro call center, no problems.

The RCC data uses http/https to communicate. BCM Monitor uses mutliple TCP ports that are not http/https.

Have you rebooted the BCM since applying the keycodes> I can't remember if that's required or not when installing ACD keycodes.

They have been rebooted. I just rebooted one last night and tried again. You either get a bad username/pass or an -error 1909.

It's possible we have a port blocked via an ACL. Any idea what ports it uses? We placed a router in the path about the same time We are using both BCM nics 1 for VoIP, the other for LAN.. WAN traffic (VoIP vs. Data) is seperated as well.

I don't remember the exact ports. Somewhere in the 1400s or 1700s though. Get a sniffer trace of your PC trying to connect to the BCM Monitor and it'll tell you the ports. Or change your ACL to allow any/any to the BCM's IP address.
