Hi, BCM monitor is not showing the actives lines. We try to stop and restart the LMS service but nothing hapenned. Can be the MSI card?

It is a BCM 400 with a GATM8 -4x16 -DSM32+

Thanks

download the correct version of monitor from the BCM you are working onm, the BCM50 monitor wont work with 3.7 system for example you get the very problem you are describing

If its not broke tweak it..

The version is 3.5 Build 2.3b. I use BCM monitor from the BCM. I monitor 160 BCM they have all the same version and this is the only one that connect to BCM monitor, populate all lines, but not showing all the active lines. In fact, it showing only 1 active line on 8.

Might need a reboot then i have had that too...

you have 160 3.5 BCMs ?

If its not broke tweak it..

It as been reboot twice and yes I manage 160 BCM. :)

Thanks

sometimes the published IP address on theLan port is not the port you are dialed into...ck to see if you are dialing into Lan 2, and the publhsed IP addressed LAN 2 is chosen...bbb

I didt think you could monitor lines on 3.5 systems?

Yes you can. In fact, it's working fine with BCM monitor version 35.30.0.27 most of the time.

We will build another BCM 400 on the side and test again. It seems that there's nothing that can be done at this point

Thanks guys

I would make a backup,re-image the drive and restore.
Don't forget to change the date prior to initialize the newly imaged drive..

After alot of testing, We figure that the Bus 7 cannot be monitor in BCM monitor. Line 61 to 64 is completly missing. We don't know why, but changing the bus to 6 fix this issue

Maybe somebody knows why?

Thanks

Ummm.. The system isn't programmed for a 3/5 DS30 split by chance?

it's a 2/6 split. The odd thing is that on the bcm active line we see line 61... but not on bcm monitor. I cheked alla the other bcm I have and they use the bus 6 instead of 7 that's why it was working.

Thanks
