BCM Monitor , Line Monitor 3

I just upgraded 4 BCM 1000's with 2.5 FP1 to 3.6 with Patch 2 installed. the problem is when I use the BCM Monitor to monitor line activity, only two show the line activity and two don't show anything. they were all upgrade from the same set of disks. any ideas?
 
did you download the new version of monitor from the BCM after the upgrades ?
 
Every system I have upgraded (20 to 30) have done this. I have a ticket open with Nortel level 3 support right now as they are able to duplicate the problem in their lab as well. I will post the resolution when they provide it to me.
 
here is the fix. go into the unified manager and then down to Diagnostics-Services Manager-LMS. The settings will be Manual and stopped. Select it and change the settings to Automatic and Start. It will work then.
 
jdavid99 I have been trying to get this answer from Nortel for 6 months. I just tried this and it works great. Thanks again, heres a star.
