I work on MICS/CICS and I got a call from a business that is closing it's door and wants to sell their 72 station BCM.

Any suggestion for the manuals for the BCM I looked on pdf.textfiles.com and could not find them.

How about any suggestions on salvage value of this system?

Thanks!

What type of phones and what version software?

I will check my notes. The sets are th eones that have the visual displays if I recall not the T7316e's and the KSU is rack mounted.

How do you feel about this system. Any major issues? How is programming?

THis client was oversold as far as I can tell. They just needed a simple inhouse system and nothing that required VOIP.

They paid about 60,000.00 to Sprint/Embarq a few years ago.

If you have the psws of the BCM, you can view the manuals on the the BCM as they're also stored there.

As stated earlier, all documentation resides on the hardrive. You don't need manuals. The real value of this system would be in the keycodes. You need to find out what the keycodes are, and what physical MBMs are there. I can't even dream of a $60,000 BCM.
