Help on setting up the BCM IVR.
We have the BCM IVR running using a workstation as a host, from which the bcm retrieves the voice prompts. Now, we have to make the BCM standalone, without needing the assistance of an external host.
We are trying to find a procedure or method to make this, by making the bcm go look for the prompts in an SQL database. Or theory for doing this is by activating the SQL client on the BCM.
We do not know if the BCM has the option of activating it or if we have to install it manually. Trying the last option, but we can't seem to change the VNC password on the BCM.
The BCM is 3.6 and is full featured (all keycodes activated)
