I have BCM 400 that is locks up every 20 minutes. All phones have a display but no call can be processed. Sometimes the system will reboot. Here is a sample Error report:
*ERROR** Received EMS_EVENT_CONNECTION_LOST from MSM;MPS service aborted
Mgs:: Shutting down due to MSM communication failure
The Media Path Management sub-system unexpectedly became offline - terminating
Service Manager - MSC Driver (MscService) has stopped unexpectedly. This will affect normal operation of all services that interact with CoreTel. Service Manager is attempting to restart the service.
Can anyone give their thoughts about what is happening?
