I am having trouble getting the startup window to appear when I boot up the BCM with a CD-Rom connected in order to image the hard drive. I keep going to the blue NT screen. Anyone have any ideas how to get to the startup window?

Are you booting off the BIT application CD? The "image" CD's themselves aren't bootable.

Is it a USB CD Drive or an IDE CD drive. You should get a DOS window asking you to select which drive type. If you don't answer the question in time, your BCM will continue it's normal boot process and the Blue screen will occur.

you will not see anything else when the bcm boots up. windows desktop is disabled for the vga port.
