BCM Element Mgr. and Windows 7

any one having problems with element mgr and windows 7 the version I'm trying use is 62.0.5 every time i go to a site and try to log in it says downloading a cartridge but hten it fails , also tried 62.0.4 and it did the same thing .

It's probably down to the permissions in the user folder. What you need to do is to right click the ".BEM" folder and go properties and then into the security section.

You need to make sure that you have full permissions. I find that it's a common problem on Windows 7.

it appears to have the correct security settings unless there is one that I'm seeing .

Is FTP working OK on your computer?. Another way I know is to copy or download all the cartridges from the Avaya website.
