BCM Element Manager

Java 1.5 for sure. But depending on the release of the BCM there are different Element Managers. The newest version is on BCM 50 R3.0 and that is back compatible to all other versions of BCM but the version from BCM 400 R4.0 is not compatible with BCM50 R2.0 and 3.0. That is not to say you cant do any programming with it but you cant load keycode files, etc.
