Scenario is a main site with BCM 400 and two sites with BCM 50, centralized VM via IP trunk and MCDN. Most outside calls come in to main site 800 number, however if a call comes into a remote site BCM 50 on a local line, they will not have an auto-attendant, since the CallPilot is at the main site, correct ? Any ideas on a work around ?
Thanks
Mansell

I don't know what type of BCM50's deployed, but within the CallPilot you can trick the call by adding a CLID table, then route the calls thru a private line pool group with MCDN key codes to maintain the proper CLID on the PSTN for corect treatment on the Centralized Call Pilot...

Thanks Thomas,

I'll pass this along, however it may be a moot point since I've found out that Auto attendant is a standard feature on the BCM50.
