BCM CallPilot

Can anyone tell me how to reset a CallPilot password on a BCM? The system admin has left the company and apparently changed the default PW of 1234.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I probably should of done a search before submitting my question. I found this suggestion from BoyNameDJ dated 5/16/03:


To reset the password,
Featuer 985
Press 9
Enter Password: 73738767793
Press OK
Password reset to: 0000 (four zeros)
