I'm having trouble with the caller id on my Nortel T7316E phone model - does anyone have a clue on how to fix?

What's the problem?

Having trouble doesn't narrow it down enough.

Some of our phones are not showing any number for incoming calls. Is this a phone issue or a system issue?

Check that the lines associated to the extension under line assignment has the parameter clid set to yes (Y). If this is set to no the extension will not get the incoming CLIP.
