BCM/call pilot set up

I need some help in setting up the CCR tree on my business phone system the system is installed but was never set up correctly I can provide remote access and I will pay for the service
can anyone help ?

Thanks Iron horse we are based in Basingstoke. My intention was to have a professional voice over company to create the messages to be uploaded. the problem is I am not sure how it all works.ie when calling will the phone ring or go straight to a message if it goes to a message I would like it to be able to transfer to 4 different departments or to the extention numbers if the client knows them. if it is out of hours and urgent can the system transfer to a mobile number?

i would advise you call in a company to do this for you, i do not believe you can upload pro made messages ( could be wrong there tho ) as for the call transfer,& out of hours, that is possible. But this will need to be setup by an engineer, i see you are in the UK... try contacting Vodafone in Burton on Trent, they will be able to help ( for a price ).
