bcm call id thru AA

Hey folks ive searched thru other threads but still cant get Call ID to show on sets on calls thru AA. My system does not have any lines Appear&Ring on sets. Would appreciate any help.

Did you set it to ring 2 times before answer? If not the CO doesnt have a chance to send the CLID to you.

Try setting it to 4 rings just for a test to see if you get it then.

Are the sets programmed for Caller ID?

Any luck with it? Have you verified that your lines have "caller id" enable using a buttset?
