BCM CALL DEBUG.

hello sir/s:

im having a problem with the integration of BCM 450 --> sOFTCO (Huawei) tie-up. using SIP CONNECTION

Problem is:

1. Softco locals cannot Access outgoung calls using PRI LINES that is provided by BCM 450.although local to local calls between the two pbx are working.

2. Is there any way that i can trace a call coming from SIP TRUNK? some kind of CALL DEBUG? in BCM 450?

Are the Softco locals accessing the BCM450 by using a dialing plan, and then the dialing plan accessing SIP trunks to the BCM450 which in turn is routing the call out a PRI trunk?

yes sir.they used dialling plan for accessing the locals and PRI TRUNK... the local calls are successful but the outgoing calls are not..

You need to use Remote Access Packages on the VoIP SIP trunks to allow them access to the PRI trunks.

Default Remote Access Package on trunks is set to 00. You will need to modify package 05 (example, but the one I use all the time), then change the VoIP trunks to use this package.

Under security in Element manager select a remote package.say 01 under that give it the line pool of your SIP VOIP trunks: BLOC A.
Then if I remember correctly go under lines voip lines and select your first voip trunk and make it use the package you just created 01. I think this should change all the voip trunks on its own in that pool once you change the first trunk.
