BCM 50B INCOMING RINGING PROBLEMS

HI THERE

i,m new to the forum so here goes

i,m a telecom engineer on most Panasonic systems but i have been told to get my head around bcm 50 could someone give the basics please i have managed to get it up and running with ISDN 2 lines i have two ext on the system when a when the lines ring it only rings the one phone but I have copied the ext the same as the other one ( 221 and 222 ) i have made lines 61 to 64 show on both phones as a app & ring what am I doing wrong

lines 61 to 64 are for pots lines so that could be the issue there...

It says on the bcm 5ob that the 4 channels of isdn 2 is 61 54 bri I thought this was the built in basic rate card built in ?

That should of read 61 to 64

how to get the keycodes for the bcm50 system if we dont have a keycode in file format through system id????????
