BCM 50b - configuring BRI ports

Hi

quite new to bcm - have just installed 50 and apart from getting the phones to call each other nothing else seems to work - cannot access external line - because its a 50b and we are using the 2 BRI ports wondered if it was different to configuring than an external MBM? When the main number is called or a DDI it doesnt come through? Also, the lioghts on the 2 BRI ports doesnt come on? could it be a fault on the ISDN lines?

Have you installed the keycode to activate the onboard ISDN trunks?

yes, all keycodes are active for the BRI trunks - Just found out that there could be a problem with the ISDN line - if the line was not active would that stop any status lights coming on on the BRI ports?
