I am looking for what ports need to be opened at the telephone set end in the router. The set finds the server OK, you can make calls OK, but you cannot talk. I opened up all the ports in the router and it worked, but I cannot find out just which ones need to be opened. Can any one help me?

Signaling between the IP telephones and the
system uses the system port 7000. However, voice
packets are exchanged using the default RTP ports
28000 through 28255 at the BCM, and ports 51000
through 51200 at the IP telephones. If these ports
are blocked by the firewall or NAT, you will
experience one-way or no-way speech paths.

Thank for the info Lugerlover, but when I tryer it, it still didn't work. I found the same info in the manual after hearing from you and thought I had BEAT it till today, but ITS Back. I now have the set here with me and if you are around, please get back. Thank you

Yes. I have one IP set working OK. We switched the set and tested it and both set work ok, but just cannot get this one to work on the ports it should work on. If I open up my router, it will work.
