Hi the problem I have is when 2 channels are selected and someone tries to select a 3rd the system says 'line busy'.

I split the ISDN2s up so that I can access one with a 9 and the other with a 8. when you select one line with a 9 and another with 8 the 3rd line you select says 'busy'.

This is the same if you select lines in any order using a 9 or a 8 can any one help with this

Is it just two lines and if 2 are in use then it would be busy.

No we have 2 ISDN2 circuits, which are tested and working fine.

Put all 4 lines onto a phone with appear only and see if you can select more than 2 channels buy placing each line on HOLD until you get to the 3rd one.
If you can then select a 3rd line and the call goes through then it may be you have not assigned them to the correct pools.

Because you are using 2 different line pool codes i assume you have 2 lines in pool A and 2 lines in Pool B then the Pools do not overlow into the other.
All you will get is 2 lines .

I take it the lines are different numbers and thats the reason you have split them.
If not then put them into the same pool that way you can access all 4 lines.
You then only need 1 access code(9)
