is there a rad on this system? how do i set it up?

there is no rad on this system there is a built in modem or what most people do is creat a vpn to access it and put it on the customers network or access it through the modem

What port or pin out is the modem on?

no port no pin out like the cics it is in admin and you configure it to eithr answer a line after so many rings or you can be transfered to it
go look under admin and you will see what i mean if you are still stuck then message back and i will dig deeper for you
