I HAVE A BCM 50 THAT WONT LET ME CHANGE TIME AND DATE AFTER I MODIFY AND HIT APPLY. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM FOR 2-3 WEEKS NOW. ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS???

Ran into that a while back, applied all the current patches, and the problem went away.

From Nortel's web site (if you have access), otherwise contact your vendor and they should be able to provide them for you.

If you are desperate, you could try the "feature **time" from the telset if you can't change it from the Element Manager.

Alternately, you can use the Element Manager and configure NTP if the BCM 50 is connected to a network.

If you have the BCM fiddy networked be sure you don't have any IP address conflicts. This happened to me and it was the IP address... GL

Well we got it working...However that was not it. This is what we did. Change of Default Gateway IP address..Change of service timer to enable and running. Change time and date on system to correct time and date.
