I am trying to install Reporting for Contact Center for a BCM 50 system. I never get the message "Install Complete." So I am assuming that the installation never finishes. At some point in the middle of the install I get a dbcheck.exe with an "ok" button. Whenever the ok button is selected it waits a second or two and then the dbcheck.exe appears again and again. The set up process will not progress past this step. Can someone give me some guidance on how to resolve this issue?
