BCM 50 Remote Element Access Help

Rls 1 BCM50
Modem is not active, told to activated via F9*8 and it will be active for 15 minutes.
F9*8 seems to be a kecode entery system.
Who would I navigate to this modem stting to turn it on for this short time?.

Currently the modem ext bounces back to reception and F9*0 will flash modem on the display briefly only.

F9*8 is part of the Tel-set programing. If you know how to access the programing part use the same password for F 9*8.an turn on the Modem.

Yes but how to navigate to the modem setting? soon as you get in it says Feature Codes or Key codes.
