Have a customer that has a BCM 50 Release 3.0, with an auto attendant greeting that answers all the time, the have a T-1 direct connected into the BCM and they are complaining about getting phantom phone calls at the receptionists phone. Did notice that it comes in on different channels. Has anybody have this issue before and what was your solution to correct it. We had this happen on regular analog lines before, but this is the first on a straight T-1 going into a Nortel product.
