BCM 50 R6 expansion cab

Just installed an expansion cabinet with a G4X16 module. Installed license. In Telephony Resources I set the card to 4x16, clicked enable (lines and sets). The card seems to have stalled saying "enabling". Left it for 30 minutes, still "enabling". How long does it take?

Curly, it's a lousy design. Every expansion I sell I take the cover off and put some grease on the plastic parts that slide across each other when you pull the front tab. That's where it gets stuck.

Unfortunately when you buy a refurb they put stickers on the screws that say "void if tampered". So I didn't open the cab. Sent it all back and new parts are in transit. I've been assured the MBM is not in the the cabinet.

New hardware installed all is well. Curious though... resources still say enabling for the sets. Even though I have 6 sets plugged in and working. The lines say enabled.
