BCM 50 PRI issue

I have a a PRI module at one of my sites and have been battling with Verizon about a service issue. After multible attemps I finally replaced the PRI module to find out it did not fix the issue. The provider is pointing the finger at the CSU and the BCM is spitting out DIGITAL TRUNKING IN FREE RUN and LOSS OF FRAME alarms. I have replaced cables. What is weird is that when verizon loops up the smart jack and see's the loop. When they put it back together the circuit comes back up for about 8 hours. Any known issuse with the Module?

It sounds lik a clocking issue. Is your PRI set to Primary?

It is set to Primary External

How quickly do the alarms come back. Maybe you could loop back to the DTM and see if it runs clean. Also, do you have the internal CSU turned on?

Where do you check if the CSU is turned on? My DTI-PRI is enabled.

What year were your DTM from because there were issues with some made in 2005 I think.

Not Sure, But I am assuming that my vendor replaced it with a newer one yesterday.
