Can you change ex numbers from 2 dig to 3 dig or 4 and do you have to reprogram from scratch. also the vmail ex do you have to reprogram or will it move to the new ex number and not lose any data base like names ect... t ks

Yes you can change the DN lenght, and yes re-program the voice mail.
