I have a BCM 50 6.0 system. I had a wired problem receiving calls. the problem is when two incoming call is on the line. the third phone call will not go into the phone system. people just hear non-stop ringing tones. it only happen in incoming calls, the outgoing calls seems ok.
if someone can help, it will be great.
thanks

So you have 3 physical lines? Is the line terminated on the correct pair?

thanks for response! I used to have 10 line, and get rid of 2 line, now I have 8 line. how can i check the line terminated on the correct pair?

The 1st 4 line terminate on the 1st 4 pairs of the amphenol on the main cabinet. Check for dial tone on the third pair (WH/GN). If no dial tone trace back to the dmarc and check there. If ND there call your provider.

If you know the phone number of each line I would go on the first line and call the phone number of the 3rd line while you are in the room where the BCM is while its ringing short out the 3rd pair and see if the rings trip (stop) If it does then make sure you have the 3rd line on the right pair on the bix field and check your programming to make sure you have that line programmed to ring on the phone that you are at. If the line does not trip and you have dial tone on it make sure that its the right phone number on that line. You can check by hooking a jack up to it and calling a cell to see if the proper phone number displays. If you have the right phone number on the right pair but it still does not ring when you call it then your phone provider or you has the 3rd line call forward somewhere.

I have seen this once before.

Best to have a tech check the circuits before the BCM, 1 hour call and would be reported to Bell for you as well.
