does the bcm 50 not come equipted with 16 digital station
ports in the main ksu,what about 4 analog lines in main ksu
authorization codes required?

New 50 Comes with nothing. It has the ability in the main cabinet for 12 digital ports - 4 analog station ports - 4 analog co ports.Also Vm needs codes fot mailboxes,CC,UM,etc.

If you need more than 12 digital sets and 4 analog lines you will have to use the expansion cabinet for the BCM50. The cabinet itself also requires keycodes to unlock, as do the additional MBMs. To unlock the existing sets and lines, you will need to buy keycodes.

Its almost cheaper to fill the expansion cabinet than it is to buy the keycodes for the main.
