I have a BCM 50 using a PRI provided by Time Warner.
When they open up the PRI to allow individual DID numbers to be sent as caller ID info, the PRI rejects outside calls that are forwarded from one of the desk phones to a cell because the system see the original caller ID as the "originator" of the call and since they are not native to the customers number block the call is rejected. Telco tells me they need to see one of the native numbers as the "Redirecting Number" in order to accept the call, and that the BCM needs to send this.

My question is, does anyone know where to set that information on the BCM?

I entered the sets DID number in the OLI field and it works good for regular outbound calls. It is when the set forwards to their cell phone that the call fails because the originating callers ID is used instead of the OLI

Try this:
Under Telephony Resources PRI uncheck "Send Name Display".
The BCM sends out name display information to the Central Office (CO) which causes it to reject the call. Unchecking this feature allows the call to complete
