Anyone know how to set up MOH for the 50 with a .wav file that resides either on the network or on the BCM itself?

IP music on hold doesn't exist on the BCM 50 as it does on the 200/400's. Either connect your music source (could be a PC playing the wav file) to the music input jack on the main cabinet, or punch your music source down to pair 13 on the amphenol cable.

Nortel said it could be done, but I don't see how.

Can the BCM 50 download wave files for music on hold? .

This was their answer:

Answer 2: Yes, the BCM50 can import .vbk, .wav and .711 files.

Any ideas?

I know it can import those files for customized prompts in the AA and voicemail, but it won't for music on hold.

When the BCM50 was released they mentioned "the BCM50 does not support IP music on hold in this release", sounds like it might be supported in a future releases.
