BCM 50 Menu Question

I built the main menu in call pilot but when I forward the console to call pilot when it answers it hits the general delivery mailbox instead of the main menu. When it's not forwarded it hits the main menu just fine on an unanswered call. Any suggestions on what I need to do to correct it.

That is because you have the General Delivery Mailbox tied to the console. AA will answer after the specified number of rings but when you have the console forwarded to voice mail it will act the same as if you have your phone forwarded.

So once I remove the assignment of x221 (the console) from the general delivery box how do I get it to hit the main menu? At times they want it to forward directly to it.

noooooo...you need to do it in service mode then put sys into nites"a service mode

Just like lugerlover said you will need to build a ringing service and program a button on the recept's phone to turn it on and off.This is all that needs to be done.No other changes are need.Just add the service.
